RTV – Key Competences in Media production for Radio, Film and Television Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership project is funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program, KA2 and unfolds for a period of two years, October 2019 – October 2021. Next to Radio Romania Broadcasting Company acting as coordinator, there are 3 more partners in the project:

  • Tehnic Media College from Bucharest is a very specialized college, one of its kind in Romania which trains future professionals in the field of media production;
  • Lumiere Lyon 2 University from Lyon, France, is a Social Sciences and Humanistic Studies, with strong ties in the academic environment at EU level;
  • Pixel – Associazione Culturale from Florence, Italy, is an NGO active in the field of education with a 20 years’ experience in the field of education at EU level, working closely with universities across Europe and other prestigious institutions.

As part of the work done for developing new skills on digital media for specialists and students in the field, Pixel and Lumiere Lyon 2 University are working on an interesting output of our project: Methodology of Inclusive Management, which will focus on inclusive management in the media industry. Specific segments will be dedicated to topics such as Collaborative learning: teachers involving learners; Participation of experts: schools involving professional journalists; Citizen journalism: journalists supported by citizens.

 As a ‘’teaser’’ of the work that is currently ongoing for this output, Pixel has prepared a short fragment dedicated to Citizen journalism, from an inclusive management perspective.
